Ottawa is between Montreal (2 hours away by car) and Toronto (5.5 hours away by car). It is a bilingual area on the border between Quebec and Ontario. It is on the major Via Rail eastern train corridor and is served by 2 train stations. It has a Greyhound Bus Terminal and an International Airport. It is connected to the TransCanada highway by two major highways. It is fully serviced by local bus and city train service.
The university is serviced by two city bus lines (#5, #16) and all the #80's & #90's transit buses. Two transit stations front the campus (Laurier, Campus).
